Using Method

Step 1: Surface Preparation

• Remove all oil, dirt, and debris from the surfaces to ensure they are clean and dry.

Step 2: Adhesive Application

• Apply adhesive evenly to one or both surfaces. Allow it to dry until tacky (open time may vary), then join the materials and apply firm pressure. For porous materials, apply 2–3 coats to ensure optimal coverage.

Step 3: Curing Time

• Initial bonding strength is achieved after 48 hours at 25°C. For full cure and maximum bond strength, allow 6 days under the same conditions.

Warning

• 1 Ensure the work area is well-ventilated and kept away from fire or ignition sources. Keep the container tightly sealed after use.
• 2 Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of skin contact, wash immediately with soap and water. If the product gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water and seek medical attention promptly.
• 3 If stratification occurs after prolonged storage, mix the adhesive thoroughly until uniform before use. This will not affect product quality.
• 4 Keep out of reach of children. Do not ingest.
• 5 Always conduct a test application prior to use to ensure proper adhesion and compatibility.

Storage and packing

• Stock the products with air-tight seal in the environment of shade and dry. The shelf life is 12 months. It is available to use based on passing of the test if being beyond the shelf life.
• Preserve and transport as flammable products.
