Polyurethane Adhesive - One or Two Component
Based on polyurethane resin, available in one-component (moisture-curing) and two-component (A/B mixing) types. It combines high strength, high toughness, high elasticity, and excellent impact resistance. It offers low temperature resistance (-40℃), hydrolysis resistance, and aging resistance. The cured adhesive layer is flexible, crack-resistant, and non-yellowing, making it the preferred adhesive for bonding PU/PVC shoe materials. It is also widely used in automotive, construction, woodworking, composite materials, and other fields.
Typical Application Points
Typical application points cover a variety of industrial scenarios, meeting the bonding needs of different manufacturing industries
PU / PVC Sole Bonding
Specially formulated for bonding PU and PVC soles that are difficult to adhere with neoprene glue; high bond strength and non-yellowing, ideal for light-colored shoes.
Multi-Layer Sports Shoe Sole Bonding
Elastic bonding for multi-layer structures including outsole, midsole, and insole; resistant to repeated flexing and impact, suitable for high-end sports shoes.
Automotive Interior Elastic Bonding
Elastic bonding for headliners, door panels, and instrument panels; resistant to high and low temperatures (-40℃~120℃) and vibration.
Wood Joining / Panel Bonding
Structural bonding for finger-jointed wood and solid wood panels; water and aging resistant, with low VOC and eco-friendly properties.
Composite Sandwich Panel Manufacturing
Face-to-core bonding for lightweight building materials such as honeycomb panels and rock wool composite boards; excellent weather resistance.
Textile Laminated Fabrics
Lamination of fabrics, non-wovens, and films for clothing, luggage, and outdoor fabrics.
