Neoprene Contact- Cement All Purpose
A solvent-based contact adhesive for footwear primarily composed of neoprene. After applying adhesive to both surfaces and allowing them to air dry, the bond cures upon contact. It features strong initial tack, high bond strength, and excellent resistance to oil, heat, aging, and flexing. Suitable for a wide range of materials including rubber, leather, fabrics, wood, metal, and aluminum-plastic composite panels, it is the adhesive of choice in the footwear industry and is also widely used in furniture, architectural decoration, automotive interiors, and leather processing.
Typical Application Points
Typical application points cover a variety of industrial scenarios, meeting the bonding needs of different manufacturing industries
Sole and Upper Bonding
Strongly bonds rubber, EVA, and TPR soles to uppers; withstands repeated bending without delamination; the top choice in the footwear industry
Sole Repair / Shoe Repair
Quick repair of delaminated soles; the go-to adhesive for street-side shoe repair stalls and factory repair departments
Sofa and Furniture Manufacturing
Quick, large-area bonding of foam, fabric, and leather; suitable for sofa and mattress production lines
Fire-Retardant Panels / Laminate Bonding
Bonds fire-retardant panels (HPL) and melamine laminates for cabinet and tabletop surfaces; used in aluminum-plastic panel decorative installations
Automotive Interior Installation
Secures headliner linings, door panel leather, and sound-deadening foam; withstands high temperatures and vibrations
Leather Goods / Luggage
Bonding of leather handbag, backpack, and belt components; flexible, fold-resistant, and non-delaminating
