Feature

Contact Adhesive is a single-component, volatile dry adhesive. It offers excellent performance with strong initial tack and is particularly well-suited for bonding both soft and hard materials.

Scope Application

Contact Glue is primarily used in the manufacturing and maintenance of machinery, electronics, appliances, footwear, and leather goods. It is also suitable for bonding materials such as rubber, leather, wood, glass, metal, and ceramics, as well as for applications involving aluminum panels, fireproof boards.

Application Instructions

Step 1: Surface Preparation

• Ensure the surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry, and free of any oil or dirt.

Step 2: Application

• Apply the adhesive evenly to both surfaces. Allow it to dry until it becomes tacky to the touch (typically 2-3 minutes for porous materials). Then, join the two surfaces together and apply firm pressure.

Step 3: Curing Time

• A strong bond will be achieved after 48 hours at 25℃ (77℉). For optimal bonding strength, allow the adhesive to cure for 6 days.

Warning

• 1 Ventilation & Flammability: Use only in a well-ventilated area. Keep away from heat, sparks, and open flames. Keep the container tightly sealed when not in use.
• 2 Skin & Eye Contact: Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of skin contact, wash thoroughly with soap and water. If product comes into contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention promptly.
• 3 Settling: Separation or settling may occur during prolonged storage. Stir or shake well before use. This does not affect the product quality.
• 4 Keep Out of Reach of Children: Keep the product out of reach of children. Do not put in mouth.
• 5 Test Before Use: Always test the adhesive on a small, inconspicuous area prior to full application to ensure compatibility and desired results.
