Scope Of Application

This product is mainly used in the daily repair. Such as repair of leather, rubber, wood, fabric, paper etc.

Using Method

Step 1: Surface Preparation

• Coarse the smooth material with the sandpaper or the ceramic file, clean with the gasoline or the acetone.

Step 2: Adhesive Application

• Spread evenly on the dry and clean surface, cool a moment, spread again when not viscosity. For multi holes material must spread 2-3 times.

Step 3: Bonding and Curing

• When touches the glue with the finger, when sticks not wiredrawing, the alignment fitting and exerts pressure, be sure not dislocation migration, after the normal temperature solidifies for 48 hours, can be put into operation.

Warning

• 1 The operating environment should be ventilative and should keep away of the fire. Better to use at room temperature 15℃～28℃.
• 2 When use, increases 5~15% Lek sodium, may reduce the solidification time, enhances the cementation intensity.
• 3 Seal closely after use in order to avoid solvent volatility, if the viscosity too is big, add proper amount coca the xylene to dilute.
• 4 Avoid the skin and the eye contact, if touches the skin, clean with soap water, if touches the eye carelessly, uses the massive clear water flushing immediately, go to hospital for serious situation.
• 5 Please make a trial to avoid usage mistakes before application. Our products have been widely used on the market, the quality is reliable. But we do not guarantee that difference will cause under difference using condition, material or technique. So user should use after trail use.

Storage And Packing

• Stock the products in the air-tight seal at the temperature of 10-35℃. The shelf life is one year. It is available to use based on passing of the test if being beyond the shelf life.
• Preserve and transport as flammable products.
• Packing specification: 750ml/tin, in iron tin: 15kg/barrel, in iron barrel.
