Using Method

Step 1: Surface Preparation

• Clean the surface thoroughly and ensure it is dry. Remove any grease, rust, or contaminants, as they may affect the curing speed and bond strength.
• For metal materials: Degrease and remove rust first, then wipe the surface with acetone or ethyl acetate.
• For non-metal materials: Clean the surface with methyl chloroform.

Step 2: Application

• Use the cap to puncture the nozzle.
• Dispense a small amount of adhesive and apply a thin, even layer to cover the surface.
• Firmly press and bond the materials together.

Step 3: Optimal Conditions

• Temperature: 20–25℃.
• Relative Humidity: 50%.
• For best results, use the adhesive under these conditions.

Warning

• 1 Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, do not peel the glue forcibly. Wash affected skin with acetone or rinse thoroughly with water. If the product gets into the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention promptly.
• 2 This adhesive has a strong, irritating odor. Ensure adequate ventilation during use. When used for extended periods, wear safety goggles to protect your eyes.
• 3 Always secure the lid tightly after each use to prevent the product from drying out or leaking.
• 4 Keep out of reach of children.

Storage And Packing

• Power Glue For Repairing is non-flammable. Store in a dry and dark place at a low temperature (20–25 ℃). The shelf life is one year.
• If the adhesive has not cured beyond the shelf life, it may still be used. However, both the curing speed and bond strength may be affected to some extent.
