PU Foam 750ml
Magpow Polyurethane PU Foam 750ml is ideal for filling joints, providing thermal insulation, and securing building materials in construction applications.
DESCRIPTION
General Purpose Pu Foam
PU Foam Spray 750ml is a one-component, ready-to-use polyurethane foam. The can is fitted with a plastic adapter head for use with either a foam application gun or a disposable nozzle. The foam expands and cures upon exposure to moisture in the air. It is suitable for a wide range of building applications and excels at filling, sealing, and mounting. It offers excellent mounting strength, along with high thermal and acoustic insulation properties.

Usage Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Can
- Shake aerosol can vigorously for at least 40 seconds before use.
Step 2: Prepare Surface
- Clean surfaces thoroughly and lightly moisten using a water sprayer. Surfaces should be damp, not wet.
Step 3: Attach Dispenser
- Fit the foam application gun or disposable nozzle firmly onto the can's adapter.
Step 4: Load Can
- Screw the aerosol can securely onto the adapter. Adjust the flow rate using the gun's flow control screw (if equipped).
Step 5: Apply Foam
- Fill holes, gaps, and cavities vertically from the BOTTOM UP.
- Fill only to approximately 50% capacity to allow for expansion as the foam cures.
Step 6: Curing Process
- Foam becomes tack-free in 10 minutes.
- Excess foam can be trimmed after 20 minutes.
Step 7: Cleanup
- Fresh/Wet Foam: Remove promptly using GNS Foam Cleaner or acetone.
- Cured Foam: Can only be removed mechanically (e.g., cutting, sanding).
Storeage And Shelf Life
- Keep in a cool and well ventilated area.
- Always keep the can with the valve pointed upwards.
