Scope of application
Water based Glue is mainly for paper, woodworking, furniture industry.
Using Method
- The joint surface must be clean, dry.
- Brush the glue on the joint surface, and then press together firmly, then allow to cure at room temperature for 24 hours to achieve full strength.

Storage and packing
- The product should be stored at temperature 5-37℃ in sealed non-metal container, and be prevent from freeze and high temperature.
- The shelf life is one year from date of production. If expired, retest before use.
- If the glue slightly freezes, should place in 30-40 ℃ greenhouses the full alleviation, and stirs evenly, does not affect the use. If the glue long time receives seriously freezes, cannot alleviate, appears agglomerates, the lamination even emulsion breaking, then cannot continue to use.
- Preserve and transport as inflammable products.
Warning
- 1 Use and cure at ≥10°C. Maintain this temperature during application and until full solidification. Lower temperatures prevent proper film formation of the emulsion, leading to bond failure.
- 2 Wipe the bottle mouth clean after use and reseal immediately.
- 3 If glue shows partial curing, mix thoroughly before use. This does not affect viscosity.
- 4 Wood moisture content must be 8–15%. Higher or lower levels degrade bond quality.
- 5 Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children.
