Feature

Magpow Quick Setting Epoxy Glue is a two-part, fast-curing adhesive that cures to an exceptionally hard, rock-like finish in just five minutes. While ideal for wood, it is also perfect for repairing and bonding glass, jewelry, crafts, and other transparent materials. It offers instant grab with excellent adhesion, dries transparent, remains pliable, and is waterproof with good chemical resistance.

Application Scope

This clear epoxy AB adhesive is extensively applied to join metal and non-metal surfaces, as well as to connect, seal, and restore rigid substrates. It is commonly utilized across industries including building construction, automotive parts, electronic assemblies, and in handling delicate items such as pearl, jade, handicrafts, and historical artifacts.

Using Method

Step 1: Surface Preparation

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning thoroughly to remove any moisture, grease, or waxy residues.

Step 2: Adhesive Application

• Open the container, break the inner seal, and dispense equal volumes of components A and B (1:1 ratio). Mix well until uniform, then spread the adhesive across the bonding area in an even coat.

Step 3: Curing Time

• Clamp or press parts together firmly if needed. At a recommended ambient temperature of at least 5°C, the adhesive will develop handling strength in about one hour. Full bond strength is achieved after 24 hours.

Warning

• 1 Mix both adhesive components thoroughly before application. Use only the amount needed.
• 2 Always reseal containers immediately after use. Do not mix up the caps for Parts A and B.
• 3 Remove any uncured adhesive residue from skin or objects using rubbing alcohol.
• 4 Prevent direct contact with eyes and skin. If skin contact occurs, wipe with alcohol before the adhesive hardens, then wash with soap and warm water. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention if irritation persists.
• 5 Keep out of reach of children. Do not ingest.

Storage and packing

• Stock the products with air-tight seal in the environment of shade and dry. The shelf life is two years. It is available to use based on passing of the test if being beyond the shelf life.
