Scope of Application
Mainly used for repairing micro-cracks, pinholes, chicken toe-shaped cracks, ant-shaped cracks, and uneven patches on the surface of various stones (marble, limestone, granite, sandstone). Not suitable for light-colored stones such as Yas White, Jazz White, and acidic stones. This product is particularly suitable for drying line processes.
Product Advantages
- Low viscosity, strong penetration, moderate curing speed, can penetrate extremely small micro-cracks, strong repair capability;
- Almost non-volatile, low odor, low irritation, long pot life, convenient for construction operation;
- High bonding strength, good permeability, strong adhesion, excellent aging resistance, good yellowing resistance of the glue layer;
- Complies with GB18583, GB30982 standards, EU ROHS directive standards, and is an eco-friendly product.
Precautions
Some facts will affect the performance of the glue as below:
- 1 The stone is not dry enough or the air humidity is too high, the stone absorbed the moisture from air.
- 2 Part A and B was not mixed exactly base on the stipulated ratio. Glue mix uneven or not completely.
- 3 Mixed the apparatus of A and B, the glue is cured in advance. The mixed glue was not used up within the pot life.
- 4 In winter and low temperature, the product may form crystal or caking. Just heat up the glue and make the crystal or caking dissolved, this will not affect the glue performance.
- 5 Clean and wipe the glue on cloth or skin before it cured with alcohol, then flush with soap water.
- 6 If in eyes, flush with plenty of water and seek for medical cure; if swallowed, do not emetic, drink plenty of egg white or milk, then seek for medical cure immediately.
