Scope Application

Solvent PVC Pipe Bonding Glue is recommended for:

• Bonding: PVC, UPVC, and CPVC pipes and fittings.
• Systems: Both cold and hot potable water systems.
• Uses: Drainage and sewage pipe cementation.

Using Method

Step 1: Surface Preparation

• Ensure the joint surface to be dry, clean and oil-free.

Step 2: Adhesive Application

• Paste glue on the surface, press at once (not allowed to press after airing).

Step 3: Curing Time

• Fix place in 5-10 minutes, have intensity in 2-3 hours, reach usage intensity after 24 hours.

Warning

• 1 Ensure the operating area is well-ventilated and keep away from any open flames or ignition sources.
• 2 Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of skin contact, wash thoroughly with soap and water. If product gets into eyes, immediately flush with plenty of water for several minutes and seek medical attention if irritation persists.
• 3 Seal tightly after each use to prevent evaporation.
• 4 Keep out of reach of children. Do not ingest.

Storage & Packaging

• Store in a cool, dry place. The product has a shelf life of 12 months. If the shelf life is exceeded, it may still be used only if it passes quality inspection.
• Handle and transport as a flammable product.
