Scope of application

  • Cabinet making and joinery
  • Decorative crafts and modeling
  • Structural bonding in construction

Using Method

Important Notes

  • 1 Do not use iron drums for packaging.
  • 2 The operating temperature must be maintained at 10 °C or higher. Even after application and before complete solidification, the product should be kept at 10 °C or above. Failure to do so may prevent proper film formation of the emulsion, resulting in reduced adhesion.
  • 3 After each use, wipe the bottle opening clean and reseal it tightly for future use.
  • 4 If the adhesive shows signs of partial setting, mix it thoroughly before use. This will not affect its viscosity.
  • 5 The moisture content of wood should be maintained between 8% and 15%. Levels outside this range may compromise bonding quality.
  • 6 Avoid oral contact. Keep out of reach of children.

Storage And Packing

  • The product must be stored in a sealed non-metallic container at a temperature between 5 ℃ and 37 ℃ It must be protected from freezing and high temperatures. The shelf life is one year from the production date. If the product exceeds the shelf life, it may still be used if it passes quality testing.
  • If the adhesive is slightly frozen, place it in a warm environment (30–40 ℃) until fully thawed, then stir evenly. This will not affect its usability.
If the product has been severely frozen for an extended period and cannot be restored-e.g., if clumps, stratification, or broken emulsion occur-it must not be used.
  • Store and transport as a normal product.
